JOB/TRAINING
OFFER
All
workers provided with a detailed job offer including
information about the employer, the position offered
and its requirements, housing, arrival instructions,
transportation and social security information.
COMMUNICATION
You will receive regular communication to establish
how best to fulfill your recruitment needs as well
as on-going updates on the status of your workers.
Alliance Abroad Group also keeps you abreast of all
new visa & embassy requirements. Our government
liaisons provide you with timely updates on all changes
in domestic legislation concerning labor policies
or the Department of Homeland Security.
PAPERWORK
We process the paperwork for you! We work together
to streamline the documentation process for J-1, Q-1,
F-1 and H-2B visas. We also assist workers in their
visa process for placements outside the U.S.
HOUSING
We will assist in locating affordable housing for
your workers/trainees if you are unable to provide
it.
ORIENTATION
Before arrival and throughout the program we prepare
and assist our participants with the culture shock
of living and working in a new environment. Our orientations
provide an overview of program regulations, job expectations,
work ethics, emergency contacts, social security procedures
and insurance information to provide you with a well-prepared,
ready to work staff.
DEDICATED
FIELD STAFF AND ACCOUNT MANAGERS
Our field staff division and our account managers
are dedicated in providing day to day assistance to
you and your workers. With over 10,000 participants
every year, our staff is experienced in assisting
with all types of situations. We are committed to
working closely with you, assisting you anytime with
housing issues, orientation, social security challenges,
as well as on-going needs as they occur. We provide
our employers, participants and partners with a toll-free
24-hour emergency line, and we are available at any
time in case of an emergency.
INSURANCE
All our participants receive full health/travel insurance
coverage at no cost to you.

We educate them through mandatory training as well
as recruit with them in their home country. We have
references on all partners and signed contracts for
screening and recruitment purposes, as well as compliance
with all regulations of the visa programs. All our
partners receive Marketing materials, Orientation,
Government regulation updates, Embassy and Consulate
