For the past several years, Alliance Abroad Group has been developing a network of cap exempt H-2b visa holders who can extend their visas for up to three consecutive years without leaving the U.S.

This allows employers like you to retain and build an experienced international workforce. We work closely with these workers and their employers to help them stay in the U.S. legally by extending their H-2b visa to other employers during your off-peak period.

A great example of H-2b workers extending their visas between employers based on a seasonal need includes an Amusement Park and Ski Resort. These two companies were able to have their H-2b workers extend back and forth from each company based on the companies opposite seasonal need.
