Alliance
Abroad Group is dedicated to assisting companies meet
current labor demands, while also providing cultural
exchange and work experience opportunities to both
our employers and participants.
We
arrange job fairs in the home countries of our international
participants. These events are an opportunity for
you to travel abroad, screen and hire candidates in
person. Depending on your staffing needs, we offer
an all-expenses paid trip so you can meet candidates
before they arrive at your work site. You evaluate
English language skills, professionalism and attitude
first hand and return home better prepared for your
peak season.

international job fairs 4-6 months prior
to peak seasons.

globe in Eastern and Western Europe,
Asia, South Africa, Australia, North,
Central & South America.

During a trip we often visit
multiple countries and cities spending
1-3 days at each site.

Our
overseas partners
Alliance
Abroad Group has longstanding relationships with more
than 50 recruiting agents around the world. Typically
our partners are travel agents, recruiters or international
exchange companies that offer a variety of work, study
and travel programs. Each partner has received training
and has the expertise to provide a large, qualified
pool of eager candidates for you to select from. We
work with our partners to implement successful marketing
campaigns to promote each fair and to secure centrally
located venues. Our overseas partners are an extension
of our company in their country. We welcome you to
visit their offices to learn more about our pre-screening
process.
Event
structure
Our
events are held at convention centers and hotels and
run for a 1 to 3 day period depending on the company's
goals. We offer trips for individual employers requiring
a significant number of workers as well as group trips
for multiple employers. Alliance Abroad Group staff
and our local partners are on hand to facilitate the
entire event and assist you throughout the trip.
Time
to explore
During
the trip, we include shopping and visits to local
tourist sites in the schedule. We are happy to accommodate
any specific local travel of your interest. Please
